The Commercial Pool Building Process

A commercial pool construction project can take 6-12 weeks depending on its size, requirements, and unique features that enhance the area.
Phase 1: Layout and elevations. Once the plan has been approved, construction can begin. We will set the elevation and lay out the pool.
Phase 2: Excavation. Experienced operators excavate the site after the topsoil has been removed.
Phase 3: Pool base. To increase the structural integrity and strength of the pool, a concrete or stone pool bottom is laid. Through the base are the drain plugs.
Phase 4: Plumbing and equipment. The trench is used to install commercial plumbing systems as well as all electrical conduits.
Phase 5: steel installation. We create a steel framework with rebar that gives the pool maximum strength.
Phase 6: gunite application. We use the nozzle applicator to apply gunite in the entire pool at once, to prevent cracking or cold bonds.
Phase 7: Tile and coping. After the gunite pool shell is cured, we install the cast coping and depth tile. These are the most common options for commercial swimming pools.
Phase 8: Deck and topsoil. We will install your pool deck using the material you choose and then re-spread topsoil to make it ready for landscaping.
Phase 9: Fill and finish. The pool is then filled with water. The water chemistry is balanced, and your pool is ready to be used by your clients.
